Your arrival is arranged with you in advance — and if you choose our private transfer, a carossa will be waiting at the drop-off point to carry your bags to the riad's door.

From the airport or station
Marrakech-Menara airport and the railway station are only a few minutes' drive from the medina. Our private transfer drops you at the access point closest to the riad.

Transfer arranged for you
We strongly recommend letting us arrange your transfer on arrival and departure — simply send us your timings. This avoids the difficulty of navigating the medina, especially after a journey.

Drop-off close by
The car drops you as close as possible to the riad's entrance, luggage included. The walk to the riad's door takes less than 5 minutes.

Hassan welcomes you
Hassan, the carossa (baggage porter), comes to meet you at the drop-off point. He carries your suitcases both on arrival and departure and walks with you to the riad's door.

The medina is lived on foot
The last few lanes leading to the riad are pedestrian — that is exactly what makes the house so charming and quiet. Finding your way to the riad alone is not always easy: there are no signs, and even with geolocation, the connection can fail. That's why the transfer matters: it makes arrival easier, lighter and perfect from the very first moment.

Present throughout your stay, Laaziza looks after the house and remains your go-to person for any practical question, on arrival and during your stay.
What about tipping?
Tipping at the riad is never expected and will never be asked of you. It remains a free gesture, appreciated but in no way awaited.
Late arrivals
After 10 p.m., arrivals can be self-managed. Hassan opens the door and hands the keys to the guests.
